Cloud Engineer

You own the infrastructure that runs every client operating system. StratumOS deploys a bespoke, multi-tenant OS for each company in a matter of weeks, and it has to be production-grade from day one: hard tenant isolation, observable, secure and always on. You build and run the platform underneath all of it.

What you'll do
  • ·Design and operate the multi-tenant platform on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, with strict tenant isolation and secrets management.
  • ·Build the deployment, monitoring and on-call foundations so a new client OS goes live reliably and stays up.
  • ·Own performance, security, cost and the CI/CD that ships changes safely across every environment.
What we look for

Strong backend and infrastructure experience, fluency with serverless and Postgres, a security-first mindset, and the instinct to keep systems simple as they scale. Bonus: you have run production systems that real businesses depend on.

Data Scientist

You build the intelligence that lives inside the OS. Every client operation becomes data, and your job is to turn it into agents, models and evaluations that make real operational decisions, with output that is accurate, grounded and auditable, and that gets sharper with every input.

What you'll do
  • ·Design and ship the agents that run inside client operating systems (pricing, procurement, support, risk) on top of Claude and our own pipelines.
  • ·Build the Company Brain and the evaluation harnesses that keep agent output correct, grounded and traceable to its evidence.
  • ·Turn messy operational data into models and workflows, and measure their impact in production, not in notebooks.
What we look for

Solid machine learning foundations plus hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval and evals. You care about rigor and ship models that hold up under real use. Bonus: you have put an LLM system into production.

Project Manager

You drive each engagement from the first conversation to a live operating system in weeks. You are the single owner of the client relationship and of delivery, translating how a company actually runs into a build the team can execute, and staying accountable for the result.

What you'll do
  • ·Run the Foundation discovery: interview leaders, map the operation, and define the blueprint and the ROI priorities.
  • ·Own scope, timeline and stakeholders, and keep the build moving from prototype to production.
  • ·Be the bridge between the client and the engineering and data teams, and the person accountable for the outcome.
What we look for

A consulting or operations background, comfort moving between executives and engineers, sharp written communication, and a strong bias for shipping. Bonus: you have delivered software or transformation projects end to end.
